Sierra Club Non-Profit Organization
This was my first experience in the Drupal Content Managment System:
Starting from scratch in Drupal, I worked closely with Sierra Club California to recreate their site's new design layout, content, and functionality. We were able to migrate the content information from the Wordpress platform to Drupal and implement a new design theme. I customized the site's basic page templates and homepage to allow the client to recreate this style with the system's content types and modules. The site has a slideshow region on the homepage for news content. The main page has a mini calendar, which links the viewer to the full calendar event information. Internal pages include info graphic charts, reoccurring social media buttons (facebook, twitter, etc.), user role capabilities, sidebar and main navigation sections, internal documents, PDFs, images, and a video in celebration of the launching of SCC's new site.
Thanks to the help of Sierra Club's Webmaster IT group including Jason Berry and his team I was able to go through the process of debugging and any trouble-shooting needed before the launching and testing of the site.
